Smitty (Lethal Weapon)

Smitty was a former convict under the employ of corrupt ex-cop Jack Travis. Along with Billy Phelps, Smitty made a daring and stupid attempt to rob an armored car in broad daylight. Although he escaped from Riggs and Murtaugh, he was punished for his stupidty by being immersed in wet cement.
