Bloody-Eye

Highly addictive designer drug that speeds up the user's reflexes to the point that everyone else seems to move in slow motion. The drug, taken by spraying it on one's eyes, is so named because the users' eyes then become extremely bloodshot. [Asimov Solenan|Solenan, Asimov], after abandoning his crime syndicate bosses, stole a supply of Bloody-Eye to sell for his own profit. [Vicious] was also later involved in the Bloody-Eye trade.
