Emperor Antonio

Emperor Antonio was the ruler of Seatopia. Even though he and his people were by no means inherently violent, when atomic tests conducted by the surface-dwellers threatened the stability and very existence of his country, Antonio appealed to the Seaptopians' god, Megalon, to go forth and destroy the surface-dwellers.
