Fat Clown

This Fat Clown was one of the Penguin's henchmen who had previously been a performer in the Red Triangle Circus. When the Penguin revealed his plan to abduct and murder all of the first-born male children of Gotham, the clown protested. The Penguin responded by shooting him with one of his umbrella guns.
