Mr. Wiederspan was Arthur's boss at the accounting firm where he used to work before becoming a superhero. Wiederspan considered Arthur's penchant for wearing his moth suit to the office a case of "rampant individualism" which affected the other workers. Arthur quit, to Wiederspan's consternation.
