Smith (Doctor Who)

Smith was a British Army soldier serving under General Finch during the dinosaur invasion of London. He, Wilkins and their immediate superior Corporal Norton were patrolling the city looking for looters when they found and arrested the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith (to whom Smith was most likely not related).
