Gill

Gill was an RFD fire fighter in Raccoon City. He was flying the helicopter that he and Danny were using to search for survivors, and they managed to rescue a trio of civilians from the area around Raccoon University. Gill then flew them all safely out of town before Raccoon was destroyed by a nuclear missile strike.
