City of the Future

The City of the Future was the dream of Louis Strack, Jr., a glamorous and futuristic industrial park to be built along the waterfront of the city by Strack's company, Strack Industries, ostensibly saving it from decay and creating hundreds of jobs. Strack was willing to do any dirty deed to ensure that the City of the Future was built, and would kill anyone who got in the way of his dream. Although the City was partially completed at the time of Strack's demise at the hands of Darkman, it is unknown if it was ever finished following his death.
