Megadeus (メガデウス, Megadeusu) was the name given to describe a number of giant combat robots developed by humanity.

Overview
Most Megadeuses are either relics or built using forgotten technology, and are often made by those who memories have begin to manifest. The Megadeuses appeared to be weapons of war from a forgotten conflict, and most had a limited degree of sentience.
Pilots of a Megadeus were known as a dominus (ドミュナス, domyunasu) who resided in a cockpit of the giant mechs.
