Biography
Valerian Mengsk was the male human son of Arcturus Mengsk who lived in the Koprulu Sector with their homeworld being the planet Korhal. The actions of his father and his resistance group the Sons of Korhal helped in toppling the ruling Terran Confederacy government that was replaced by the Terran Dominion. Thus, his father ruled the human colonies as Emperor with Valerian growing up as prince of the nation.
