Dr. Jordan

Dr. Jordan was the archaeologist who discovered the tomb of King Tushh and had all of the artifacts moved to the museum in Metropolis. He created the Fluid of Life in the hopes of using it to resurrect Tushh, and although he successfully administered the formula to the mummies of Tushh's royal guards, Jordan was killed by a poison needle hidden within Tushh's sarcophagus before he could inoculate the King himself.
