Hamushi

At the leyline, Hamushi is a Tao Master and takes on Gene and he resists her charms and attacks with his Caster Gun but none of the Caster Shells seem to work. In the end he uses a life-draining Number Four that rips Hamushi apart as it sucks her in to a tiny black hole, killing her without a doubt.
