Biography
Zoë Saugin was the daughter of Azra a renowned archeologist who shuttled her and her younger brother Thanot around the galaxy on her digs. One day, Azra inhaled poisonous gas while on a dig, which started eating away at her lungs. Feeling helpless as she watched her mother die, Zoe searched through Azra's books and found a magical incantation using the Moon of Kol, an artifact her mother had found. Apparently, the Moon could transform a 'drop of love into a wellspring of health' once in a lifetime. Zoe managed to heal her mother, and thus began her lust for power - but only to be used to help others and achieve self-perfection. (Legion of Super-Heroes Annual v4 #6)
Zoe spent the next few years searching for more sources of magic which she could use. She found one while exploring caverns on Saturn's moon Titan, where she found and absorbed an energy pool which unlocked her telekinetic abilities. (Legion of Super-Heroes Annual v4 #6) Zoe decided to named herself Kinetix and joined the Legion of Super-Heroes as part of the second set of draftees alongside Shrinking Violet, who later became her best friend. Zoe would become a major asset to the Legion, being part of the team chosen to pursue Tangleweb and helping delay the Composite Man, allowing the team to regroup. (Legion of Super-Heroes v4 #69)
Zoe then continued to search for more power and located the Star of Akkos, thinking it would increase her powers, along with Shrinking Violet. The Star instead robbed Zoe of her powers. (Legion of Super-Heroes Annual v4 #6)
Zoe went on a leave of absence to look for a way to restore her powers. She was traveling through a stargate when rogue Daxamites destroyed her destination stargate, leaving her stranded. Her life support was running out when she was saved by the sorceress Mysa and brought to Zerox, the Sorcerer's World. (Legion of Super-Heroes v4 #76)
Mysa trained Zoe in the mystic arts and restored her telekinesis, altering her appearance in the process; Zoe's skin became paler, with a tattoo on her cheek, pointed elf-like ears, and a tail. (Legionnaires v1 #34)
When "President McCauley" openly revealed himself to be the ancient enemy of Batman, Ra's al Ghul, he set the Moon crashing into the Earth in an attempt to force-evolve the human race. A side-effect of this was that approximately one in every hundred-thousand humans would become a "Terrorform" - multipowered "midwives" to the new humanity. Despite her alien heritage, Zoë Saugin was one of those affected by this phenomenon - although her mystical and alien background made her a "hybrid", allowing her to retain a fragment of her mind, along with her flowing red hair - but even so, her intelligence was severely limited. Despite this, as a Terrorform, she helped heal M'Onel from a fatal wound inflicted by Ra's under red light, then led the other Terrorforms to slow the Moon's fall long enough for Legion World to counterbalance it. When being studied by Brainiac 5 afterward in Metropolis, the Robotican attack hit Earth. In the process, she was heard to remark "Am not Zoë Saugin any more. Not Kinetix. Not sure." She was then overtaken by the machines herself, as the Terrorforms themselves became mechanical, but at Erin's prompting managed to open a hole for a group of Legionnaires to Threshold down to the Earth's surface, and Computo, their controller, was removed shortly afterwards, allowing the other Roboticans freedom - whereupon they withdrew to Warworld, returning Kinetix to her earlier Terrorform state. When the other Terrorforms expended their energy on the decimated Xanthu shortly afterwards, however, she did not revert, perhaps due to the additional burst of energy she received when a residual Robotican drone reactivated and hit another Terrorform caused her and Sensor to be hit by an additional surge of Terrorform energy, which mutated Sensor uncontrollably. When part of R.J. Brande's attaché to the Second Galaxy shortly afterward led to the team being captured by the Credo, and being fitted with power-neutralising collar though, she began to speak more normally, indicating that the real Zoë Saugin still exists within the Terrorform hybrid.

Kinetix possessed telekinetic abilities, which she primarily used to manipulate and reshape solid matter with her thoughts.
Kinetix had absorbed Earth-247's magic after its destruction, making her stronger than ever. (Final Crisis: Legion of Three Worlds v1 #4)
As a Terrorform, her abilities were undefined, partially as they are reactive to the circumstances she is in. She has been shown to possess healing abilities, flight, superhuman strength, the ability to survive unaided in space, and control of gravity.
