Upon taking a human form, he assumed the identity of Maximilian Bennusa Ganelon (マクシミリアン＝ベンヌッサ＝ガヌロン Makushimirian Bennussa Ganuron).
Overview
Personality and attributes
Though engaged in politics, he showed little interest in taking the throne and instead used Faron as a puppet for his own ambitions. Ganelon was shown to eliminate that stood in his path for conquest for power. He was shown that he did not tolerate failure and brutally killed those that returned in defeat. Such was the case when he had Roland murdered after his defeat and unleashed deadly bees whose venoms that left him dying in agony. This was despite the fact that Roland was the Black Knight whose assistance was invaluable in the further conflict. Ganelon seemingly did not care for this and showed indifference over the death of Roland. Ultimately, Ganelon was a calculating opportunist who bid his time and waited for the right opportunity to strike at his enemies.
Powers and abilities
In reality, he was actually a demon with a range of supernatural powers at his command.
