Odiphus

2002

Odiphus was a member of the Pelleezeeans of Eternia where as a young boy he lived in a small village named Pelleezeea. Odiphus had desired to be a criminal ever since his childhood, and as a child betrayed his people by telling the invading warlord Prahvus where the Paleezeans kept their weapons. Unfortunately for both of them, the Sorceress happened to be in the town, caring for an injured soldier.

He was first seen witnessing the escape of Kobra Khan. Later on, Odiphus sought to join Skeletor's group. A chemical accident in Tri-Klops' lab mutated Odiphus into Stinkor and gave him his horrible stench. Stinkor is not immune to his own stench and must wear an oxygen mask to breathe properly. Stinkor eventually incorporated into his breathing apparatus a way to control his stench into focused blasts and teamed up with Skeletor against He-Man and the other Masters of the Universe. As it turns out as difficult as Stinkor is to be around, Skeletor eventually holds him in relatively high favor as a minion who has proved himself agreeably useful.

Revelations

Stinkor stole the Glove of Globolah from the temple of the Priestess where it was kept on display. This item was steeped in the oldest magic of Eternia and one of the last remaining magical items on the planet after the destruction of the Orb of Power left Eternia without magic. Intending to sell the Glove to the highest bidder, as magical items were at a premium at this time, Stinkor took the Glove to his garbage-filled lair. Two mercenaries, Teela and Andra were hired by the Priestess to retrieve the Glove. Wearing special masks to be able to stand Stinkor's fumes, Teela and Andra braved his lair. Stinkor surprised the two ladies by suddenly erupting from the garbage pile, and belched his unbearable fumes at them. Teela spun her staff abover her head to clear the air around her, then used force to cause Stinkor to fly out of his lair and crash into a market stall, destroying it. After paying the salesman to compensate for the destruction, Teela took the Glove back to the temple, leaving Stinkor where he lay

Overview

Personality and attributes

Powers and abilities

Stinkor was originally an ordinary member of the Pelezeean race who came to be a common thief. As such, he was a small creature compared to some of the other natives of Eternia. This was until he was involved in a laboratory accident that mutated him. Exposure to chemicals resulted in him gaining a far larger form compared to his people where he matched heights with other humanoids.

Thus, he gained the ability to stink and destroy with his odor of evil. Stinkor himself was not immune to his own stench, and must wear an oxygen mask to breathe properly. He eventually incorporated into his breathing apparatus a way to control his stench into focused blasts.
