Viper Mutagen 368 is a regenerative growth formula co-developed by Dr. N. Zyme and Dr. Elrod Purvis at Megakat Biochemical Labs. It was derived from reptilian DNA and could revitalize dead or dying cells in plants and animals. It was intended to help end world hunger, but instead it only caused Purvis to become mutated into Dr. Viper after his failed attempt to steal it.
