Biography
Autumn Rolfson
After being diagnosed anorexic, Autumn's parents attempted to force her to eat more food. This was to prevent her from being admitted into the hospital again which would affect her status on the honor roll and getting a scholarship. (X-Factor v1 #12)
At some point, she came to have an affair with Apocalypse and became pregnant with his son. She then kept her child in hiding as she feared that Apocalypse would see him as a threat and kill him. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #14)
After the death of En Sabah Nur, the Death Seed within Warren Worthington III had activated tasking him to replace his master as the new evolutionary caretaker for the Mutant race. Thus, he took control of Clan Akkaba that was brought under his rule and he tasked his forces with finding Autumn Rolfson as he came to suspect that she had a son. She came to the Akkaba Metropolis on the condition that her boy was not to be harmed with Archangel stating that he had no desire to hurt the boy and instead saw potential in him. The pair were greeted then by Genocide who pledged his allegiance to Archangel so that his mother could not be harmed for hiding him from the world. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #14)
She was horrified at what Archangel was intending for her son namely to use him to bring about the extinction of the human race. Autumn confronted Archangel in order to take her son away from him but was then murdered by the Evolutionary Caretaker. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #16)

Personality and attributes
After being chosen Apocalypse, she was selected to be his third Horseman where she was given the name Famine. (X-Factor v1 #12)
Autumn came to resent her parents thinking that they saw her only as a doll and controlling her life. She had said that she had hated them, their food and everything about them. (X-Factor v1 #12)
She was approached by Apocalypse who enticed her with power where he said she was very real and very special to him. He offered her power and dominion where she would be reborn as one of the Horsemen of Apocalypse. (X-Factor v1 #12) At some point, she had an affair with En Sabah Nur and became pregnant with his son. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #14) Her son came to be given the name William Rolfson where she wanted to prevent him from going down the path set by Apocalypse. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #16) Autumn in fact hide her child from Apocalypse as she feared that he would kill him for being a threat to him. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #14)

Autumn was born as a Mutant where it was said that she had great power. (X-Factor v1 #12)
