Crystal Touch

The Crystal Touch was a uniquely sinister ability gained by Rex Shard following his accident with the Gemkat 6000. It allowed him to, in his own living crystal state, crystallize whatever he touched. In the case of other kats, this meant that his victims would become frozen in a deathlike state as crystal "statues" of themselves.
