It was shown that she had a degree of super-strength. (My Greatest Adventure v1 #83)
She had the unique ability to reduce her body at will and diminish her size. This allowed her to grow smaller than an insect and sneak through locations or find small objects. Alternatively, she could grow in size and become gigantic allowing her to be the size of buildings. (My Greatest Adventure v1 #83)

- Elasti-Girl was created by Arnold Drake and Bruno Premiani where she made her first appearance in My Greatest Adventure v1 #80 (June, 1963).
