- Georgia Sivana was created by Otto Binder where she made her first appearance in Fawcett Comics Mary Marvel v1 #1 (December, 1946).
Alternate Versions
- In The Multiversity: Thunderworld Adventures v1 #1 (2015), an alternate version of Georgia Sivana appeared on Thunderworld reality designated as the new Earth-5 in the restored Multiverse. This world was based on the Pre-Crisis Earth-S where Georgia Sivana was the young villainous daughter of that world's Doctor Sivana. She, like her brother Thaddeus, Jr., is more suited for study than violence. However, when she was given the chance to become stronger and more beautiful she took it and, together with her siblings, she fought to thwart the Marvel Family in order to give their father time enough to take over the world. Georgia's vanity was what defeated her in the end; she was defeated when Captain Marvel, Jr. tricked her into saying her name by asking for it while appearing to be very attracted to her, returning her to her human form and allowing Mary Marvel to tie her up and cover her mouth with rebar to prevent her from transforming back.

- In The Kid Super Power Hour with Shazam!, Georgia Sivana appeared in the setting of the animated television series in the episode "A Menacing Family Affair". She was alongside her father and brother Sivana Jr. when they met an alien who gave them an amulet that gave them superpowers equal to those of the Marvel Family. It was then that the Sivana Family challenged the Marvels to a battle royal.
- In Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Georgia Sivana appeared in the setting of the animated television series in the episode "The Power of Shazam!" where she was voiced by actress Tara Strong. She accompanied her father and brother Sivana Jr. as they attacked the WHIZ Radio tower where they fought against the Marvel Family. This fight though was carefully orchestrated by Sivana in order to steal some of the magic lightning of Captain Marvel. This was used by Sivana to free Black Adam from his exile where he joined the Sivana family in a fight against Captain Marvel. Their fight took them to the Rock of Eternity where Doctor Sivana would betray Black Adam but claiming the magic of the wizard. Becoming Captain Sivana, he fought against Captain Marvel whilst Georgia and her brother were sent to fight against Batman but the siblings were defeated. Ultimately, Batman managed to trick Sivana into saying the magic word thus stripping him of his power and leading to the Sivana family's defeat.
