Roy Bagley

Roy Bagley was a geologist employed by the Petrox Corporation. He was arguably the only person who could be considered at all friendly with the antisocial Fred Wilson. Bagley is the one who deduced the possible presence of oil on Kong Island by examining satellite photos of the island.
