Vanishing Fluid

Vanishing Fluid was a green chemical invented by Dr. Nogood which is capable of dissolving the ink on paper money. Nogood planned to have his henchmen spray the vanishing fluid (in an aerosol form) onto the world's money, thus ruining the global economy. Although not toxic to living creatures in small amounts, in large doses it is apparently fatal.
