Albert Rothstein

Born with irradiated blood inherited from his grandfather, a reluctant wartime supervillain named Cyclotron, Albert grew up under the close guidance of his legendary godfather, Al Pratt, the original Golden Age Atom. Desperate to carve out his own heroic identity, Albert banded together with several other children and protégés of the veteran JSA heroes. After their official applications for team membership were flatly rejected by the older generation, Albert and his next-generation peers refused to stand down, electing to independently chart their own path forward. They united under the guidance of the Star-Spangled Kid to establish a completely separate, independent hero faction known as Infinity, Inc. (All-Star Squadron v1 #25)

In appearance, Albert Rothstein was a towering, remarkably tall Caucasian youth who possessed an exceptionally broad, imposing, and heavily muscled physique. Operating under his original superhero codename, Nuklon, he sported a highly unconventional and rebellious hairstyle characterized by a tall, Mohawk-style haircut with the sides of his head completely shaved. His early costume was a bold, minimalistic design that featured a vibrant, sleeveless red unitard that fit tightly to his massive torso and exposed his bare, muscular arms. This uniform was accented by an asymmetrical, dark blue diagonal sash that wrapped across his chest, matching dark blue trunks, and thick protective wristbands on his forearms.
