The Artificial Intelligence Research Agency (AIRA)
Overview
In appearance, the Artificial Intelligence Research Agency was located in Newport and investigated the reports of the manifestation of Ghosts spontaneous forming in ghostless AI's. They also conducted experiments in creating a Ghost themsleves, howevre, they were unable to create such a unique intelligence with only a Human being being capable of producing such a thing. After a Tachikoma interacted with a Cyberbrain which contained a ghost, combined with natural oil damaging the neurochips produced by Kenbishi, it began to show signs of the basic elements of a ghost.
