Ashley Williams is a female video game character who features in Mass Effect.

Biography

Ashley Madeline Williams was a female human born on April 14th, 2158 on the Systems Alliance colony world of Sirona in the 61 Ursae Majoris system.

After high school, she came to enlist in the military thus continuing the family tradition of serving as soldiers within the Systems Alliance.

Overview

Personality and attributes

It was noted that she came from a large family with a long history of being soldiers in the Alliance military. Ashley came to follow this family tradition by enlisting into the Alliance Navy to serve as a marine after high school.

Powers and abilities

It was noted that her blood type was B-Positive and that she received genetic enhancements including in-utero vision correction that fixed a maternal pre-disposition for near-sightedness.

After high school, she was assigned to the Recruit Training Depot in Macapá, Brazil. During her training, Chief Williams was certified proficient with the standard-issue M7 Lancer assault rifle and using light to standard-weight combat hardsuits. She was also completely certified in zero-gravity combat aboard the Rakesh Sharma Orbital Platform in Earth's geosynchronous orbit. For Hostile Environment Assault Training, she came to be assigned to the Fort Charles Upham on Titan that was one of the moons of Saturn. She was awarded a commendation for her bold assault technique during a field exercise that simulated an attack on turian point defense emplacements. During her training, her Drill Instructor Gunnery Chief Ellison note that she had steadfast endurance and aggressive instincts that led to her promotion to squad leader. Hr effective tutelage of less skilled members of her training unit saw her promotion again to platoon guide.

Within the Alliance military, she received a Military Vocational Code of B4 and a Class-B Alliance Infantry Upgrade Package.
