Biography
Beep the Meep
Beep the Meep was a deceptive, malevolent intergalactic war criminal who served as the supreme leader and 'Most High' of a conquest-hungry alien species known as the Meeps. Long ago, his originally peaceful race was completely driven to madness and mutated into cruel, planet-grabbing killers by the psychedelic radiation of a living black sun. Feigning innocence, Beep crash-landed on Earth in an escape pod to evade the Wrarth Warriors, a specialized galactic police force tasked with executing him for his universal atrocities. He manipulated a young human girl into sheltering him, pretending to be a helpless, terrified creature while secretly working to repair his damaged starship. Once his true nature was exposed, he ruthlessly brainwashed human soldiers to act as his personal militia and attempted to launch his vessel using a hyper-kinetic engine. This engine would have completely incinerated the entirety of London, showing absolute disregard for human life until his villainous plans were ultimately thwarted by the Fourteenth Doctor. Overview
Personality and attributes
In appearance, Beep the Meep was a short, deceptively adorable alien creature whose physical traits closely resembled a cross between a large plush toy, a lemur, and a ferret. He possessed a round, pear-shaped body covered entirely in a dense coat of long, lank, and incredibly soft cream-coloured fur with light brownish accents. His most striking facial features were a pair of oversized, floppy ears that dropped down past his shoulders and enormous, liquid-black eyes that could widened to project a vulnerable, childlike innocence. He had small, spindly limbs with multi-fingered hands, a tiny black nose, and a hidden mouth capable of shifting instantly from a cute smile to a wide, jagged snarl when his true persona emerged. The creature wore absolutely no clothing, armor, or uniform markings, relying entirely on his organic, harmless-looking exterior to mask his identity as a ruthless dictator. (DW: The Star Beast)
Beep the Meep demonstrated a highly manipulative, deceitful nature, relying heavily on a fabricated persona of helpless innocence to exploit the empathy of others. Upon crash-landing on Earth, he immediately suppressed his true identity as a ruthless cosmic conqueror, adopting an affectionate, fragile demeanor to gain the trust and protection of local school children. He deliberately used endearing vocalizations and feigned intense terror regarding his pursuers, the Wrarth Warriors, to trick his human caretakers and the Fourth Doctor into shielding him from law enforcement. This calculated subversion allowed him to easily operate unnoticed under a complete guise of harmlessness while secretly advancing his own destructive agendas. (DW: The Star Beast)
He exhibited an extraordinarily sadistic, bloodthirsty temperament that emerged the moment his helpless disguise was compromised. He took immense personal pleasure in violence and domination, revealing a complete absence of mercy or remorse toward any living creature. Once he secured a tactical advantage, he dropped his gentle act to openly express a ravenous desire for galactic conquest, torture, and depravity. He took direct pleasure in commanding his forces to execute acts of mass destruction, treating the potential annihilation of whole planetary populations and the execution of his enemies as a trivial matter of personal amusement. (DW: The Star Beast)
Powers and abilities
Beep the Meep possessed a calculating, highly manipulative alien intellect, allowing him to easily deceive advanced cosmic peacekeepers and human populations alike. While completely lacking in traditional superhuman physical strength, he commanded immense authority, directing loyal cybernetic drones and enslaved biological soldiers to execute his galactic military campaigns. (DW: The Star Beast)
He possessed advanced technological knowledge, capable of engineering sophisticated starships and handling volatile hyper-kinetic propulsion systems that used devastating cosmic energy. (DW: The Star Beast)
Additionally, his starship generated a powerful form of psychedelic solar energy that he could channel to brainwash and mentally enslave sentient beings, turning them into mindless, aggressive enforcers with swirling, hypnotic eyes. His species also demonstrated standard galactic legal knowledge, allowing him to temporarily invoke complex intergalactic protocols to halt ongoing hostile engagements when cornered. (DW: The Star Beast)
