Javier Perez: The Main Leader of the Big 3 Leaders. He was the only in the team to be the leader for the longest. During his graduation at 2013, Javier joined the Mercenaries along with his long time partner Carlos Brubaker Olivera, his friend Mary Juarez, the leader of the Lady Sanctuary Company Kayla Valentine, The legendary Youth wrestler Anthony Storm and Rita Wreight to formed the Six Hunter, Treasure Hunters, Rare Hunters or Wolfpack. During 2013 in October the group had an idea of creating a stronger group with people around the world by recruiting them. the group and comapny was created in 2014 known as The B.O.S.S. (Black Opps Snake Services Mercenaries) hired by the CIA.

Miguel Gomez: The Second In command Leader of the Big 3 Leaders. Miguel was suppose to be the Main leader, but Javier beats Miguel with just a couple of points when Javier turn a report in before announcing the Leadership of the Spies by Sniper. Miguel during 2012 was the leader of a group he created (Darkside). He later quit the company along with Tony Garcia during 2013 to begin with Martial Arts career.

Tony Garcia: Tony was a leader but he then become just the Security Guard of the Big 3 Leaders due to his lower job. During 2012 Tony Garcia was promoted to be the assistand to Javier Perez and Miguel Gomez when Jenny and Mary Juarez left the company. Tony was the replacement as a leader when either Miguel or Javier had a day off or they weren't present or missing from the day of work. During 2013, Tony and Miguel left the company to study Martial Arts.
