Biography
Billy Connors
Ultimately, he along with his mother was saved from the clone degeneration when his father transformed them into half-lizard hybrids such as himself. However, unlike his father, Billy and his mother were unable to return to a human form thus forcing them to live independently from the rest of humanity. This was because his father believed that they would be persecuted for their appearances with the loss of his old life and friends being a source of conflict between Billy and Curt.
