Black Ghost was a criminal organization that operated on Earth since World War II.
Overview
In appearance, Black Ghost was a criminal organization that operated secretly in the world that were engaged in a wide variety of operations. Its members ranged from soldiers, businessmen, politicians, spies, assassins, and scientists from across the world. All of whom had been recruited with the express purpose of developing weapons for use in war and selling them to clients.
Their cyborgs were all outfitted with different abilities depending on the series and model. They also came to mass-produce cyborg men who wore black suits that covered their faces with them wearing red goggles and having air tube which was needed for their survival.
It was shown that they had developed ultrasonic weaponry that could level an entire city.
