The Black Library of Chaos was a repository of forbidden knowledge on the Chaos Powers created by the Laughing God and his Eldar followers where it resided within the Webway. It was a Craftworld that was established following the Fall of the Aeldari empire where its protectors came to be the Halequins
Overview
In appearance, the Black Library was a great structure that existed within the labyrinthe of the Webway. Its location and route were kept a secret where it was hidden from all but the Harlequins and the members of the governing Black Council.
A governing body within the library was the Black Council that consisted of the wisest Asuryani Farseers drawn from all the Craftworlds.
