The Brothers Grimm
Percy and Barton Grimes were 'adult' film theatre owners living in Los Angeles. (Avengers West Coast v2 #76) They acquired a run-down theater where they were involved in some questionable business ventures. (Iron Man v1 #188) After their parents' deaths, Percy and Barton Grimes inherited their reality company, Grimes and Grimes Inc. (Iron Man v1 #187) (Iron Man I#188) - Afterwards, Percy had put on the other costume, and Barton showed him how he could make golden eggs appear from thin air, and recommended they learn the costumes' capacities by testing them under field conditions. Barton further convinced Percy to do this in the Pines restaurant, arguing that the masks would hide their identities, and that Agronsky deserved it for beating their bid. They then appeared mid-restaurant, floating atop a giant star, and told everyone to leave the premises because they had taken supernatural control of the establishment, which they demonstrated by causing a woman's soup to explode from her bowl and eat through the table. Unbeknownst to the new Brothers Grimm, Jim Rhodes was dining at the Pines alongside his friends Tony Stark and Clytemnestra & Morley Erwin, and he pretended to leave, then changed into his Iron Man costume and attacked them with his repulsors, knocking them out of the Pines. One brother, presumably Barton, hurled a pair of pies at Iron Man, and a flock of blackbirds burst out of the pies. Regaining his composure, Iron Man tackled the brothers, only to find he had captured empty and powerless costumes, while the real Brothers Grimm escaped secretly atop a floating cloud. Percy agreed that the suits made them virtually unbeatable, noting that since he had donned his, he had become stronger, more decisive, and more imaginative. Barton was pleased in his improved personality, and Percy voted that they go after Agronsky again. Later that week, frustrated that he had been made a fool of, Iron Man hung out by the Pines, waiting for a second chance. The Brothers Grimm indeed showed up, and Iron Man flew at them, knocking one off their cloud, while the other hit Iron Man with a bunch of acid-containing eggs. When the acid failed to eat through his armor as swiftly as hoped, the free Brother cast a number of tiny seeds to the ground, and soon enormous vines erupted, ensnaring Iron Man and allowing the other Brother to escape his grasp. Iron Man used his uni-beam's laser to burn the vines, but the Pines caught on fire as well. When Iron Man flew at them again, a Brother cast handfulls of 'stardust' at him, causing his armor to seized up, and he crashed to the ground while the Brothers escaped. However, Tony Stark -- recalling Percy having initially referred to himself and Barton as the Grimes brothers -- did some research, learned that their company has lost a bid on the Pines restaurant, and tipped off the police, who arrested the Grimes brothers on suspicion of arson and malicious mischief. The Brothers Grimm later became professional criminals, and joined the Night Shift, and teamed up with Captain America against the Power Broker and his augmented mutates. (Captain America v1 #331) With the rest of the Night Shift, the Brothers tested Moon Knight to take over as their leader. (Solo Avengers v1 #3) Alongside the Night Shift, they next battled the West Coast Avengers. (Avengers West Coast v2 #40)
