History

The Chronicoms were a race of synthetic beings that originated from the planet Chronyca-2 that orbited a star in the Cygnus Constellation.

Around 30,000 years ago, two Chronicoms named Noah and Enoch were dispatched to Earth in order to observe as well as document sentient life on the primitive world. The pair were responsible for following the development of humanity over the course of millennia with a strict code of non-interference in natural human history.

Overview

In appearance, Chronicoms were a race of humanoid synthetic beings that were long-lived and genderless. These humanoids were capable of using a synthetic, removable skin to pass as native inhabitants. They were powered by advanced batteries that they could re-route power to other devices. This was achieved through a Electrochron Displacement Mechanism that was analogous to a human heart and possessed other cybernetic components.

Their species were divided into a hierarchy that included:

  • Anthropologists :
  • Hunters :
  • Predictors : units that had access to the timestream where they were able to predict events.

Some of the classes of Chronicoms could be repurposed for other duties and roles.

They had a strict code of non-interference in the history of a native species being observed and they hid their existence on a planet. Their protocol did allow for one exception to this rule which was the prevention of an extinction-level event.
