Claude Morton

Claude Morton was a metahuman police detective who had the ability to involuntarily mimic the abilities of any other metahuman as long as they were within 20 yards. However, this ability also gave him painful migraines, which lasted as long as the other metahuman was in range of his powers. To ease his pain, he began murdering metahumans, using their own powers against them.

Morton transferred from the Bludhaven Police Department to the New Gotham Police Department, supposedly to track the metahuman killer. He was partnered with Jesse Reese, but soon began killing the local metahuman populace. He was ultimately confronted by Huntress and a group of other metas; in agony from being around so many metahumans at once, and terrified of being captured, he jumped off a building to his death.
