The Colonists
In 1998, a mass burning was conducted of abductees in Kazakhstan with another such event occurring at the Skyland Mountain. This caused a meeting of the Syndicate where the Well-Manicured Man expressed his concern that the Colonists would intervene directly in the situation if they did not discover who was responsible for the incinerations. (Episode: Patient X)
Overview
In their immature stage, the creature had a yellow-coloured body that was tall and had aggressive features including fangs, claws as well as scale-like texture on the skin. This was described as a protective stage where the alien sought to viciously defend itself from birth. The outer skin was shown to eventually shed as the alien began to develop into its more mature form. (Film: The X-Files) Exposure to the virus was said to lead to the creature birthing itself from within a host body where it ripped itself out of them within a 12 hour period. (Episode: The Beginning)
