Following the Flashpoint, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events. Czarnia

They were constantly competing with or at war with the Daemonites and Thanagarians. (Savage Hawkman v1 #16)

Many years ago, scientists on Czarnia came to discover the secrets of regeneration allowing them to heal from any injuries. They believed this would bring about a new age for their culture that could focus on self-improvement and scholarship instead of violence and war as death seemed obsolete to them. However, a large violent group of malcontents came to be gathered by General Chacal and rallied under his banner where they took control of the city of Paz. Deemed the Bad Blood, these Czarnians were violent and aggressive which combined with the fact that they could not be killed made them the biggest threat to their world. This led to the people of Czarnia turning to their greatest living strategy namely General Tribb. She was tasked with with stopping them but could not find nothing on her world able to stop Chacal and his followers. Thus, she decided to turn her attention to space and find a solution among the stars. This led to her calling a prior incarnation of the Coluan Brainiac to Czarnia where he looked to claim a city for his collection. Tribb decided to offer Paz where she convinced Brainiac that such an acquisition would give him an insight into the violent nature of a species. However, Brainiac intended to eliminate Czarnia per his goal of making his collection unique but stopped his attempted destruction after witnessing a Czarnian father looking to protect their offspring. He thus left Czarnia with only Paz among his collection and after coming to his senses decided to go back to destroy the planet. However, upon his arrival, he found it dead already with all its inhabitants having been killed by Lobo. As a result, Brainiac contained within his collection the last city of Czarnia.
