Donald was one of Charles Reynolds Ainsley's henchmen. When he and fellow henchman Veretti were smuggled into Station 3 to steal the Satan Bug, Donald murdered security chief Reagan when he walked in on them. He was later killed by an SDI agent posing as a motorist at a police roadblock.
