Dorian (Resident Evil)

Dorian was an RPD officer who was in charge of gathering and evacuating survivors of the zombie attacks in Raccoon City. He managed to summon five people out of hiding with his megaphone, and attempted to drive them safely out of town in an RPD van. The escape delayed by some inconveniently-placed barricades, forcing Dorian to tell his passengers to continue on foot. Dorian later drove them out of the city after they helped Harry detonate the bombs on Main Street and kill a good many of the zombies, and it is therefore assumed he escaped Raccoon City with his life.
