Dr. Ostrer

Dr. Ostrer was a scientist working at Station 3. He knew of the existence of an experimental vaccine to the Satan Bug, and also suspected that Dr. Gregor Hoffman wasn't who he said he was, however his efforts to inform Reagan came to nothing. Following the theft of the viruses, Hoffman, in reality Charles Reynolds Ainsley, went to Ostrer's house and drowned him in his own swimming pool to keep the existence of the vaccine a secret.
