Biography
Elloe Kaifi was a red-skinned female Sakaaran from the planet Sakaar who was the daughter of Ronan Kaifi where he was a citizen of the empire as well as representative of the fifth regional community congress. (Incredible Hulk v2 #93)
As a child of oligarchs, she was only taught about the ways of power. One day, she freed a Sakaaran Native child who she helped escape back others of their kind that were free. However, this was a trick as she had led the authorities in following the child back to the nest where they arrested them. For her efforts, Elloe was commended by the ruling Sakaaran Imperials in helping apprehending the escaped prisoners. (World War Hulk Aftersmash: Warbound v1 #1)
Elloe Kaifi forcibly broke free from S.H.I.E.L.D. containment during the transport of the Warbound back to Earth. She asserted leadership when the group clashed with New York City heroes, lunging into the fray to protect her allies. During the chaos, she sprinted into the open between human and alien forces, attempting to broker peace until she was impaled by a spear—her sudden injury halting hostilities and forcing both sides to a standstill. (World War Hulk: Aftersmash v1 #1) Once stowed inside Gammaworld’s dome, Elloe assessed the massive insect swarms attacking local towns. Noting their ability to rapidly mutate under gamma radiation, she redirected the Warbound’s efforts, urging the stranded US soldiers to join in liberating Stoneridge. She personally led the charge into the infected zone, seconding Captain Katapang in protecting civilians and rallying the group to retake the town. (World War Hulk: Aftersmash: Warbound v1 #2) During the escalating conflict with rogue Gammaworld robots, Elloe nearly killed Kate Waynsboro when misinformation suggested sabotage. She raised her weapon in accusation until Hiroim intervened. Later, she swiftly embedded a nanotech inhibitor into a captured robot to halt the assault—a decisive act that turned the tide and ended the robotic threat. (World War Hulk: Aftersmash: Warbound v1 #3) As the team reckoned with the Leader’s plan to enslave gamma-irradiated civilians, Elloe stood defiant, rebuking his ideology. She delivered a fierce monologue condemning the replacement of freedom with forced obedience. In the decisive stand, she impaled the Leader with her pole, shattering the psychic bond he held over the enslaved citizens and freeing them from mental and gamma-induced subjugation. (World War Hulk: Aftersmash: Warbound v1 #4) Elloe faced a sudden fungal plant-creature that erupted from the ground to threaten both refugees and soldiers. She immediately organized an evacuation perimeter, coordinating civilians and the Warbound to avoid the creature’s path. While Hiroim absorbed gamma energy to empower Kate and uphold the dome, Elloe engaged the plant-worm brute, using her spear to channel its biomass back into the soil, containing the menace until it withered and dissolved. (World War Hulk: Aftersmash: Warbound v1 #5)
In the aftermath, Elloe decided to remain behind in the village in the Savage Land to help the last of the Imperial Sakaarans prosper. Thus, she bid farewell to her fellow Warbound who each went their own separate way. (Incredible Hulks v1 #625) She later travelled to the United States in the aftermath of the second Civil War where she reunited with the Warbound to mourn the loss of the Hulk who perished in the conflict. (Civil War II: The Fallen v1 #1)
