Biography

Anita Fite

Anita Fite first appeared during a conflict with the villain Agua Sin Ga. She actively participated in the battle alongside Young Justice, demonstrating her training and skills learned from her late mother, a Haitian Voodoo priestess. She directly engaged enemy combatants, wielding a short sword in close combat while also calling on mystical charms and incantations to provide herself and her allies protection. During the clash, she moved quickly across the field, striking foes with her blade while simultaneously coordinating with other members of the team, showing herself to be capable of holding her own in the middle of chaos. (Young Justice v1 #16) Empress acted decisively when she and the team tracked Agua Sin Ga into a more dangerous confrontation. She used a combination of martial skill and magical resources, pulling small enchanted items from her belt to conjure brief protective wards. She directly attacked Agua Sin Ga’s underlings with swift sword slashes and precise kicks, using her agility to outmaneuver them. When the situation escalated, Anita called out an invocation to counter the mystical energies summoned by Agua Sin Ga, her actions showing her ability to balance physical combat with magical defenses in the heat of battle. (Young Justice v1 #17) Anita took part in the climax of the conflict with Agua Sin Ga. During the battle, she advanced head-on against enemy forces while chanting protective prayers under her breath. She combined sword strikes with magical blasts that she projected from small talismans she carried, knocking back opponents with flashes of mystical force. When Agua Sin Ga was at his strongest, Anita pressed forward and used her powers to help weaken his mystical hold, allowing Young Justice to land a decisive counterattack. (Young Justice v1 #18)
