History

The Exofleet was a military organization formed by humanity by the early 22nd century. E-frames came to be a key tool for use by the Exofleet and its forces.

After a Pirate Clan raid, a transport ships crew were all murdered and an Exofleet investigation saw several of its personnel being killed in a trap. This resulted in an emergency meeting by the General Assembly of the Homeworlds where Martian Governor-General Phaeton suggested that the Exofleet be gathered into a great armada and sent to deal with the pirates. Under the command of Admiral James Winfield, the fleet was sent into the outer reaches of the solar system into Pirate Clan territory where they began engaging enemy forces.

Overview

In appearance, the Exofleet was a military organization for mankind.

Among the elite teams within the Exofleet was Able Squad.

One group within the fleet were the Jumptroop Platoons that were infantry tasked with securing the surface of a planet or planetoid. They were equipped with ultralight E-frames that were more agile than the regular ones but lacked armour making them more vulnerable. In addition, they were incapable of carrying weapons, armor or flight systems though had jump jets for increased mobility. In the field, they were deployed onto the surface from orbital dropships who deployed jump-pods that landed on the surface.

A key piece of equipment within the Exo-Fleet was the E-frames.
