Eye Guy

Eye Guy was a monster created by Finster. His mission was to capture a highly-intelligent child so Rita Repulsa could absorb his intelligence. Though Eye Guy captured him, he was destroyed by the Power Rangers' Megazord, freeing the child before Rita could get to him. Eye Guy later attended Rita and Lord Zedd's wedding and was destroyed by the Thunder Zords.
