FOWL is a criminal organisation that features in Darkwing Duck.

History

FOWL (Fiendish Organization for World Larceny (formerly the Foreign Organization for World Larceny) was an evil organization headed by the evil Dr. Nogood and, later, FOWL High Command. It is armed with advanced technology and skilled operatives, devoted to ruling the world. FOWL is primarily opposed by SHUSH and Darkwing Duck.

Comments

• FOWL was created by Doug Gray where they made their first appearance in Disney Adventures v1 #199111 (November, 1991).
• Due to the fact that FOWL never appeared again following Taurus Bulba's destruction of their headquarters, it is possible that they never fully recovered from the crippling blow dealt to them by Bulba.
