Biography
Pre-Crisis
Fell Andar was a male member of the alien race of beings known as the Thanagarians. (Shadow War of Hawkman v1 #1)
Post-Crisis
Following the Crisis on Infinite Earths, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events. Fel Andar
He was ready to kill Shayera when he was knocked unconscious by Katar Hol who had come to Earth to stop Andar. This led to Fel's arrest where he Thanagarians began to claim that he was operating as a rogue agent and denied any involvement in the matter. Andar was then sent back to Thanagar in order to receive treatment where he had not regained consciousness at the time of the journey. (Hawkworld v2 #25)
