Biography
Jack Taggert
Sometime after going freelance, he began to run low on power cells and ammunition with him desperate for a resupply. He then received a mysterious tip from an informant stating that Iron Man was away from his corporate headquarters that was perfect for an attack so that Jack could pilfer it of supplies. The information was a lie orchestrated by one of the Black Cat's henchmen who wanted a distraction to allow her to break into Stark Unlimited to use the company's nanoforge. This resulted in a fight between Firepower and Iron Man with Taggart being defeated where he was taken into custody. (Black Cat v1 #11)
