First Treasure of Rule

The First Treasure of Rule was one of the Thirteen Treasures of Rule, located high atop a spire on the far side of the Dragon's Maw. the compass reacted strongly to this treasure, more so than it did toward any of the others later on, probably because this was the first time the compass had been used in 17 years. It was obtained by Niddler, and later stolen by Konk and the Lugg Brothers (along with the compass itself) on the Island of the Pale Warriors. However, Zoolie later stole it back from Konk in Janda Town.
Pirates of Dark Water (Super NES)
The First Treasure of Rule is found in the Atani Palace on the Island of the Pale Warriors, and won after defeating Konk.
