Firstborn (Jericho)

The Firstborn is an entity that features in Clive Barkers Jericho.

Biography

The Firstborn was the first creation of God who formed a being that was neither male or female, light or dark. Upon its creation, God trembled at what He created and banished the creature to the Abyss. After which, He created Humanity on Earth but the existence of the Firstborn remained on the world where it made seven attempts to flee its prison; each time taking a piece of the Earth with it back to its cage resulting in numerous time zones being present within its 'home'. And as each Escape proved futile the first born's rage increased and he grew more powerful.

Jericho Squad was sent in to deal with the threat posed by the Firstborn.
