Frost

Frost was an employee in the underground Umbrella labs beneath Raccoon City. When Monica turned mercenary and stole a canister containg a G-Embryo, Frost tried to stop her and she shot him. He survived long enough to encounter a number of civilian survivors that had found their way down into the labs, assisting them in return for hemostatic medicine. His final fate after this is not known.
