Biography
General Zahl
Around 15 years ago, Captain Zahl was believed to had been killed with the War Commission declaring him dead. In reality, he had continued to operate in secret on-board his submarine whilst he pursued his revenge against Nile Caulder. (Doom Patrol v1 #121)

In appearance, Zahl appeared to be a male human who typically wore a military uniform where he had a monocle. (Doom Patrol v1 #121)
He longed wanted to get a chance at revenge and be responsible for killing Niles Caulder. (Doom Patrol v1 #121)

Within his arsenal he had a fully stocked and manned submarine. (Doom Patrol v1 #121)
