The Giants (Japanese: 巨人族, Hepburn: Kyojin-zoku)

Two legendary Giant captains, Dorry the Blue Ogre and Brogy the Red Ogre, were discovered living on the prehistoric island of Little Garden. The two colossal warriors had spent exactly one hundred years engaged in an ongoing series of daily death-matches to resolve a tribal pride dispute, unaware that their original home crew, the Giant Warrior Pirates of Elbaf, had long since disbanded. During their latest duel, a prehistoric dinosaur bit Brogy's backside, distracting the giant and causing Nami and Usopp to panic in fear. Brogy quickly decapitated the beast and proudly held up its severed head to declare himself Elbaf's strongest warrior. The two giants welcomed the Straw Hat Pirates as guests, despite the humans initially pretending to be dead out of pure terror.

Two Giant gatekeepers named Oimo and Kashii defended the main entryway of the judicial island Enies Lobby on behalf of the World Government. The World Government had tricked the pair into fifty years of forced military service by falsely claiming that their former captains, Dorry and Brogy, were incarcerated in a government facility, promising their release in exchange for guard duties. During a massive infiltration raid launched by the Straw Hat Pirates, the Galley-La Company, and the Franky Family, a large-scale battlefield clash erupted around the main gates. The Franky Family utilized their giant King Bull beasts, Sodom and Gomorrah, to launch a charging physical assault against the gatekeepers. The momentum of the stampede disoriented the giants, causing Oimo to accidentally collapse face-first into Kashii's positioning, effectively knocking both behemoths unconscious and breaching the island's primary defensive line.

A specialized battalion of Giant Marine officers, collectively designated as the Giant Squad, deployed to the execution platform at Marineford to safeguard the execution of Portgas D. Ace against the invading Whitebeard Pirates. The towering officers, including Vice Admiral Lacroix and Vice Admiral Ronse, donned heavy metal armor plates and brandished oversized battleaxes to form an iron wall around the crescent harbor. As Whitebeard’s flagship, the Moby Dick, breached the defensive plaza, the Giant Squad launched a coordinated physical interception to crush the advance groups. However, the whitebeard vanguard easily bypassed their defensive sweeps. Whitebeard utilized his localized earthquake vibrations to shatter Lacroix's blade, before executing a high-impact, close-quarters strike that cracked Ronse’s armored helmet and slammed his skull directly into the stone pavement, completely dismantling the Marine core.
